Popular Skeem Saam actor Lebohang Elephant's character, Mr Obed Kgomo, will upset his new wife, Melita Kgomo, when he hires his ex-wife, Mrs Ivy Kgomo, at Turfloop Hospital.

Actress Molobane Maja recently trended on social when she returned to the educational soapie to reprise her role as Mrs Ivy Kgomo.

Maja stars opposite former Imbewu: The Seed actress Vuyiseka Cawe, who plays the character of Lehasa's ex-girlfriend, Buli, on the show.

The TVSA March 2026 Skeem Saam teasers reveal that Mr Kgomo wants to give his former wife, Mrs Ivy Kgomo, a job at the hospital, without his new wife, Melita Kgomo's (Hellen Motsuki) approval.

The Thursday, 5 March 2026, teaser reads: "Melita is infuriated when she discovers that the original Mrs Kgomo may be joining Turf Hospital."

The Thursday, 12 March 2026, teaser also reveals that Melita is determined to block the old Mrs Kgomo from getting a job at the hospital.

The Tuesday, 17 March 2026, confirms that Melita will resign as a receptionist from the Turfloop Hospital.

The Monday, 30 March 2026, teasers also reveal that Melita's baby daddy, Fefo (played by Lesley Musina), will offer her a job as his personal assistant.

The educational soapie shared a snippet on its X account, Mr Kgomo interacting with his ex-wife, Mrs Ivy Kgomo, on Monday, 2 March 2026.

Skeem Saam fans react to Noah Matloga's return

In more entertainment news, Briefly News previously reported that rising star Austin Mothapo made waves on social media when he returned to Skeem Saam.

Mothapo previously took a break from the show when his teen character, Noah Matloga, landed in prison.
