The challenge sees individuals wearing high heels and posing in impossible ways, balancing one foot on random objects such as beer cans, stacked dumbbells, and even a letterbox.

Some also showed themselves balancing books and bricks on their heads, or holding their toddlers.

The trend comes from the award-winning rapper's pose in her 2013 track High School, featuring fellow rapper Lil Wayne. In the music video, Nicki sits poolside in a pink bikini, her legs crossed, and heels on. She impressively shows both heeled feet flat on the ground.
