A group of office workers playfully pranked their new colleague by rising from their desks to sing the South African national anthem. The harmless practical joke ended in laughter on both sides.

On 10 September, 2025, the TikTok account for SAC Commercial Parts, a local truck parts store, showed former Scandal! star Mbulelo Katise, who played Scelo on the show, heading the prank. After checking his phone for the time, he told his colleagues that they knew what time of day it was. The workers got up from their seats, placed their hands across their chests and began to sing the national anthem.
