A young content creator is melting hearts across South Africa with a voting plea so charming it is impossible to ignore. Zuluboy, one of the country's youngest social media personalities, posted a clip on 31 August 2026 calling on his devoted followers to back his nomination for Social Media Child Influencer of the Year at the South African Social Media Awards (SASMAs).

The video, shared by his mother Lujabe Siphe on Facebook, showed little Zuluboy addressing his fans with all the confidence of a seasoned campaigner. He told his "ma-parents," as he lovingly calls his followers, that those who voted would "pass" and those who did not would "fail." Seconds later, he burst out laughing and quickly clarified he was only joking.
