Why are many ladies after white men?
Monica said she loved her man, not considering whether he had money because she was not after wealth.
"When I saw this guy, I saw love in his eyes. I know many ladies, when they go to these white men, they go after money. That is the reality. But when I love someone, I don't care whether that person is poor or not. I'm okay with that. As long as it's happiness at home, I am okay with it," she said.
How did the lovers meet?
The woman from Mombasa said she met Andre in a supermarket while shopping for her family.
"I didn't know it was going to be my day. I was buying my mum's milk when I realised someone was following me. I stopped to hear what he would tell me. He told me I was beautiful and that he liked me. I asked him why he liked me. He told me because it just came from his heart. He loved me because it was from his heart," she said.
They continued their friendship until they became lovers and later moved in together. Despite not having much, Monica stuck with her boyfriend, living together in a small house.
