Barcelona legend Lionel Messi left La Liga as the all-time highest goalscorer having scored 474 goals in 520 matches he played in 17 years at the Spanish topflight, Goal reports.
The Argentine is also Barcelona’s all-time record scorer with 670 goals in 778 matches across all competitions.
On the list of La Liga’s all-time scorer, the 34-year-old is followed by his eternal rival Cristiano Ronaldo who scored 311 goals in 292 matches according to Sport Skeeda.

The Portuguese spent 9 seasons with Real Madrid helping the club to win four Champions League titles as well as three La Liga titles before he moved to Italy joining Juventus in 2018.

Meanwhile, Portuguese goal-machine Cristiano Ronaldo is the number one player with the most goals in the 21st century having found the back of the net 778 times.
Ronaldo found the back of the net with ease following what many describe as hard work and sheer perseverance helping himself in maximising his talent.
Second on the list is Argentine sensation Lionel Messi who remains the only man to have won the coveted Ballon d’Or for a record six times.

In other news, Briefly News reported that Ronaldo is reportedly set for Juventus exit as he eyes a stunning transfer move to Manchester City this summer.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has about 10 months left on his current deal with the Old Lady after joining them from Real Madrid in 2018.
However, his bromance with the club seems to be fading away following his failure to help them secure their 10th straight Serie A silverware.
