Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly reached an agreement with Nasreddine Nabi for him to leave the club following Amakhosi's defeat against Sekhukhune United.
Nabi, who recently returned from Tunisia after attending to a family emergency, led the Glamour Boys to their first title in ten years, defeating Orlando Pirates in the final of the Nedbank Cup last season.
The Soweto giants started this season with three wins in a row in the Betway Premiership, with Nabi missing all three matches as he was on leave to attend to family matters.

Kaizer Chiefs part ways with Nabi
According to iDiskiTimes, Nabi, who is now in his second season with the Soweto giants, is believed to have stepped down after a challenging personal period.
The former AS FAR Rabat coach’s wife was recently involved in an accident in Tunisia, which led to him being granted compassionate leave by the Premier Soccer League giants' management, causing him to miss the opening three fixtures of the campaign.
He is expected to return to his homeland to be with his family as he navigates this challenging chapter beyond the football pitch.
The Tunisian coach will not be travelling with the Amakhosi squad to Angola for their CAF Confederation Cup 1st round preliminary qualifier against Girabola side Kabuscorp S.C.P.
Nabi's decision to leave Kaizer Chiefs garnered reactions from PSL fans, especially from Amakhosi supporters on social media.
Reactions as Nabi leaves Chiefs
Megga_Tronn wrote:
"That display from last night was just terrible @nalanamonkwe, I was one for giving him a chance and protected this coach but I was vocal about that dismal performance, from the team selection, everything was just terrible."
Zuko said:
"Kaizer Chiefs signed many good players, we shouldn't have lost the way we did last night."
Alan Sithole shared:
"Finally common sense has prevailed. Made exactly the same mistake Man Utd did with Ten Hag. Should have sacked the guy end of last season. But allowed the Nedbank Cup to cloud them."
Vince7929 reacted:
"After what I saw last night, I welcome these news. Nabi knows he is not doing well and it takes a wise man to accept a defeat before things gets words. Ofcourse they are going to hide behind his wife story but it's clear that the players are not responding to his leadership."
Shazma M commented:
"Rather now than later...at least for his efforts, he fought for the team to recruit proper quality..we aren't there yet but this season the team pulled all the stops to sign players."
Peace Nation added:
"Not surprised. They made the mistake of giving him a pre-preseason. They should’ve roped in a new coach last season already. They were blinded by the cup victory."
