An American family, The Cobles are in mourning following the deaths of two senior members of their unit.

Ray Coble Sr., who is the brother of late US congressman Howard Coble died on the night of Sunday, January 23.
According to 11Alive, the late Ray Coble succumbed to Covid-19.

No sooner had the family gotten a sigh of relief than coronavirus also took his wife of nearly 70 years, Barbara Coble, just hours later.
Briefly News has learnt the elderly couple died overnight within hours of each other at the Wesley Long Hospital.
According to the couple's children, Ray Coble was a funloving, rather joker who always cracked people's ribs with laughter.
The kids described their late mother as a stern woman but was always jovial and happy around her hubby.
Impressive legacy
“They said until death does us part, and they truly meant it. It's kind of rare these days. It was almost like a notebook ending.” Ray and Barbara's son, Bryan Coble said.
"He was so dedicated that he would not sleep in a bed. He wanted to sleep in a recliner so he could be as close to her as he possibly could. He didn’t want to be away from her,” Bryan Coble added.

According to the couple's daughter, her parents gave them a lot of life lessons and they will greatly miss them.
"Through thick and thin, mom and dad would always tell you that life wasn’t always easy, but they stuck together and the support that they had for each other,” the couple's daughter, Amanda Ratliff disclosed.
The couple has left behind a legacy for their daughter, three sons, ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Not long ago, yet another US couple died just moments apart due to Covid-19.
According to reports, William and Carol Stewart died within seconds of each other from Covid-19.
The two passed on while holding hands with their family saying they were devastated by their deaths.
Their daughter Melissa Noke said their entire family of eight tested positive for Covid-19.
Carol was on life support for two weeks while William was on life support for eight days.
William suffered from lung, kidney, and renal failure towards the end of his life.
The two knew each other since they were four years old and had been together for 45 years but were married 44 years.
