Bujy Bikwa was dragged recently after he hosted an allegedly well-known abuser on his new podcast called Queer Way of Life with Bujy.
The media personality trended on social media after he sat down with Obie Mavuso on the second episode of his podcast. Many people who watched the show said Obie is a well known abuser among the LGBTQI+ community and Bujy should not have invited him as a guest.
Obie and Bujy discussed Obie's toxic marriage with her ex wife. Obie also spoke about how she was abusive towards her ex bae.
The ex wife, Landa Willie, took to Twitter to share how fed up she was about some of the things that were discussed on the show. She said she even tried to commit suicide a few years back after what Obie put her through.
"Guys, I’m so SICK AND TIRED Of Obie Mavuso speaking about me every chance she can get for clout! I’m SICK AND TIRED of this woman telling people LIES about me! An entire platform with gay men giving this VILE PERSON a chance to explain WHY SHE USED TO BEAT ME TO A PULP!!!!!!!!!!!
She went on to share that if anything happens to her, Mzansi must know that Obie did it.
People who watched the show dragged Bujy for giving a platform to an abuser. Check out some of their comments below:

This is literally you 3 months ago and yet here you are sharing a platform with Obie Mavuso, a KNOWN abuser within the community. Are you not embarrassed???"

"Sadly we can’t tell people’s stories until they are ready to but both those guests are known abusers. And I mean ABUSE! Physical and otherwise! #Bujy #MacG It’s the laughter for me."
@locostandi defended Bujy. The tweep said:
"How do you guys expect Bujy and the podcast team to know abusers in your community when they aren’t even in the public eye? Do you think Bujy invited that person knowing of their past? La tena maan."

In other news, Briefly News reported that MacG criticised celebrities who practice "selective" cancel culture. The host of Podcast and Chill with MacG came out guns blazing in his latest episode posted on YouTube recently.
The star called out activists, especially Mzansi celebs, who cancel people who are not close to them but keep quiet when other celebs within their circle are being dragged on social media. MacG and his crew were called out by celebs such as Thando Thabethe and Rami Chuene when they were dragged for making insensitive jokes about the LGBTQI+ community.
"These celebrities jump on because they just wanna trend and jump on whatever outrage is happening at the time."
MacG slammed Thando Thabooty for not saying anything when DJ Fresh was trending a few weeks back when a woman accused him of raping her. MacG believes Thando should have called Fresh out because she's a GBV activist. He told her to be consistent. MacG even went as far as saying the stunner should stick to "posting nudes on Instagram" because her podcast numbers are "horrible".
