A funny video of a monkey has got people talking on social media as the animal could be seen wearing a face mask amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

In the video that was shared on Instagram by @upworthy, the monkey saw a face mask on the floor and picked it to protect itself against the deadly virus that is ravaging the world.

People on social media loved the video and soon flooded the comment section of the post to share their thoughts as some said the monkey wore the mask better than most humans.

In another post regarding animals, Briefly News reported that imagine being chased by a fully-grown elephant - it's something not many even want to think about.

Unfortunately for one man, this was his scary reality. In a clip shared online, the man very narrowly escapes being attacked by a large animal.

"Heeeelang! WTF!" the clip was captioned. The clip attracted various reactions from social media users, who either shared what they would do if they found themselves in similar situations or criticised the person who took the clip for not helping the man.
