Actress Sonia Mbele pens powerful motivational message to herself
Actress and businesswoman, Sonia Mbele, wrote a motivational message to herself on social media to encourage her when she needs it most.

Many people wait for others to uplift them, but Mzansi's Sonia Mbele is hyping herself up. She took to social media yesterday to write a motivational message to herself.
She is also the first person to choose herself as her Woman Crush Wednesday (WCW), although the actress said this is her first time she ever did this.
She wrote:
"Hi Sonia, I feel and believe you’re the hardest working woman in the game. It’s been 24 years in the Industry and not once have you slacked, complained nor given up.”

She went on to say:
"They tried to break you but they didn’t realise you were made of steel, they tried to bury you but little did they know you were a seed, they tried to mute you but alas you had a resounding voice, they wrote you off but Jesus re-wrote your script, they tried to burn you but listen you were born a phoenix, they did not put you in the front seat but somebody should have told them you were the main act, they fired you but it turned out you were a bosslady."
Sonia is obviously very proud of herself and the achievements she's earned along the way. And why shouldn't anyone be?
Sometimes it's best acknowledge the things you have done in the past, to motivate yourself for the future.

Just over three weeks ago, Briefly.co.za reported that actress and producer, Sonia Mbele, shared a throwback snap of her sister, Thembi Seete, and herself on Instagram recently, with a great reflection on self-love.
Sonia Mbele has proved she is one of those tough women who, no matter what, overcomes her struggles and soars above. A few years ago, Sonia slipped into a dark hole of depression that resulted in her contemplating suicide. But she overcame her problems and is blooming more than ever.
That day, Sonia shared a throwback pic of her sister, Thembi Seete, and herself at a time when she decided to take back her life and own it.
