Cassper Nyovest dealt with haters with some class today when #CassperFinallyRetires trended for no reason.

A bunch of haters and detractors decided to say that Cassper makes whack music and should retire.

One tweep wrote, "I don't like Cassper's music, even if he had a feature with Jesus."

Siya Mtitshana said, "The biggest mistake (you all) made was comparing him to AKA, while he couldn't even match Ifani."
Another tweep commented, "Ayeye, Cassper retired. SA hip hop will finally reach its true potential."

Cassper responded to all the hate with dignity and class.

First he retweeted a supportive fan who let those who want Cassper to fall know that they should really be concentrating on other things.

The fan had written, "I see people are throwing shade at Cassper Nyovest. Well, at least he has done something productive with his life. Can we discuss your assets, net worth compared to his and how many of you still live under your parents' roofs. Stop hating and take notes."

Cass then cryptically quoted a line from a religious hymn.

He said, "Lord, please hear your children's prayers when they speak with you."

Cassper is definitely not retiring any time soon as he's constantly working on new music.

Yesterday, Briefly.co.za reported that the rapper dropped the video for his latest single

67% of Briefly.co.za readers also said they preferred Mufasa to his arch nemesis, AKA, in a recent survey.
