Focalistic Explains 'Ke Star' Was Leaked Before Officially Dropping It

Focalistic has explained that his hit single Ke Star was leaked before he officially released it.

The talented musician was recently interviewed by Kaya FM's Kgomotso Meso. They discussed his upcoming album and Ke Star - a song that introduced Focalistic to the rest of Mzansi and the world.

The artist told Kgomotso that he never planned to drop the epic song. The rapper revealed that he was the only one with the USB which had the MP3 and WAV file of the song.

Pitori Maradona explained that he sent the song to a couple of people and the next thing he found it on YouTube.

"It was like on half a million views in like two weeks, so I was like ey! Maybe they actually like this song. And then when I dropped it, it went crazy," reports SAHipHopMag

In related news, Briefly.co.za previously reported that Focalistic took to social media to share that he has bought himself a brand-new whip. The Ke Star hitmaker posted snaps of the luxurious brand-new silver-grey Mercedes Benz V Class V220d AMG Line mini bus, valued at just over R1 million, on his Instagram account.

Mzansi musicians such as Jerusalema hitmaker Master KG, Costa Titch, Kamo Mphela and many others flooded Focalistic's comment section to congratulate him. The artist has been making and dropping new music since the Covid-19 lockdown began. He has also collaborated with a few Mzansi artists on some of the biggest songs to be dropped this year.

Focalistic has dropped Amapiano bangers such Mercedes with Semi Tee, Blue Monday with Vigro Deep and Overload with Major League DJz, among others. He has also been touring the country and the African continent.

His hard work has finally paid off. The star has bought himself a brand new car. Pitori Maradona shared snaps of the vehicle on Instagram and captioned his post:

"Dreams come true! New whip! New EP #SghubuSesExcellent coming soon! #KeStarTour been so dope to us!! Dankie Modimo! Dankie #SquadSaMaradona."
