Gigi Lamayne, Sizwe Alakine Allegedly Spend R200K on Romantic Getaway, SA Calls Her an ‘Upgrade’

Rappers Gigi Lamayne and her boyfriend Sizwe Alakine, also known as Reason, made waves on the internet after it was alleged that the couple spent R200 000 on a romantic getaway. While the cost shocked some, more online users saw the trip as a step up for Sizwe.

Controversial X (formerly Twitter) user Chris Excel posted pictures of the duo on his account, showing them enjoying the Blue Train, a luxury train that travels through different parts of South Africa.

According to Gigi's Instagram post, the couple celebrated their anniversary and boarded the train on 21 July.

Chris noted in his post's caption:

"Gigi Lamayne and Sizwe Alakine on the Blue Train that costs R200 000 for them and friends! Our brother was right, Gigi is an upgrade."

Sizwe previously dated Lootlove, with whom he has children. The radio presenter made headlines after Sizwe compared her to Gigi.

Sizwe also allegedly has several baby mamas and was reportedly dragged for having six children with different women.

Cost of the Blue Train

While Gigi and Sizwe didn't share which route they took, boarding the Blue Train, which runs between Pretoria and Cape Town, can leave a hole in the pocket of an average South African.
