Singer Nomcebo Zikode has finally returned to doing what she loves, and what better place to do it than at home?

The Grammy Award-winner took to her Instagram page on 22 July 2025 to share pictures from her performance at the Dundee July event on 19 July, and said she was happy to be back:

In recent months, Nomcebo has been involved in a legal battle with her former record label, Open Mic Productions. The singer claims she was not paid for her vocals on the chart-topping hit Jerusalema, despite the song's worldwide success.

Not only did she drag the company to court, but she also exposed her former bosses in a documentary about the unfair treatment she was subjected to:

"My contract says I must be paid a certain percentage every 3 months, but Openmic have never paid me a cent, and still they want me to continue to give them 2 more albums."

Meanwhile, Briefly News reported that the singer is knee-deep in debt after losing her case to the controversial record label.
