Yoh, South African broadcaster Sol Phenduka was rubbed out the wrong way by a certain unknown man who has been trending on social media after a video of him physically assaulting his woman in front of their kid.

Recently, an online user @crimewatchzw posted the video on Friday, 25 July 2025, on X, which quickly went viral, leaving many netizens appalled and upset by the horrific behaviour of this unknown man.

In the clip, it seems like the man got agitated by the food and drink the lady prepared, resulting in him pouring an unknown liquid on the woman, and continuously hitting her with their older child, trying to stop their father from assaulting their mother.

This video surfaced after an Eastern Cape man was arrested in February 2025 for viciously beating two older-looking women outside Mthatha.

Responding to the trending clip, Phenduka expressed how upset he was, stating that some men in this world are idiots to be assaulting women they claimed to love, especially in front of young kids.

"Some men are idiots. What is this?"
