Controversial podcast host Nota Baloyi has advised Sol Phenduka on the next steps he should take following his dismissal from Kaya FM. This comes after Sol Phenduka confirmed that Kaya FM had eventually fired him following his suspension pending the outcome of an internal process.

Kaya FM released a statement explaining its decision to terminate Sol Phenduka’s contract. As South Africans weighed in on Sol Phenduka’s dismissal, with some threatening to boycott Kaya FM, Nota Baloyi stepped in with advice on what Sol Phenduka and MacG should do next.

Reacting to the news that Sol Phenduka was fired, Baloyi suggested that the Podcast and Chill co-host should take Kaya FM to court. He suggested that Sol shouldn’t have been dismissed for MacG’s nasty comments about Minnie Dlamini. Nota advised Sol Phenduka and MacG to take legal action against Kaya FM and the station’s owner in his personal capacity for defamation. The post was captioned:
