On Monday, 8 September 2025, Cassper Nyovest took to his TikTok and Instagram accounts and shared a video update from his tennis court.

The Kusho Bani rapper, who was slightly out of breath and sweaty, shared that after his first video, he received an overwhelming amount of support from his family, friends and fans.

The rapper, who came under scrutiny for his Fill Up Toyota Stadium internship programme, shared that the weight loss journey hasn’t been easy. He disclosed that he is on a carnivore diet, where he is strictly eating meat and some cheese.

“As you can see, it's not easy staying away from certain things that you like to eat just ‘cause you're a normal human being, you know. So, I had to cut all types of sugar. All carbs. Basically, right now I'm on a carnivore diet. Which is a bit more fun because I get to eat a lot of meat and some cheese, and just animal products? There are a lot of ways of doing it, I enjoy this way 'cause I just love meat, and it doesn't feel restrictive. But I'm also doing intermittent fasting, Cassper Nyovest explained.
