Real Housewives of Durban star Nonku Williams took to Instagram on Friday, 12 September 2025, to brag about her stunning, younger-looking face.
What surgery did Nonku do?
The answer is simply 'none.' That is, if the businesswoman is being 100% transparent. Taking to Instagram, Nonku Williams bragged about achieving her natural skin without undergoing multiple surgeries to enhance her beauty.

She posted before and after photos to try to prove her point. One picture was from when she was headed to her first consultation with Dr. Klutch, till her final treatment.
"My glow-up journey with Dr. Klutch. No surgery on my face, no scars, no downtime — just non-surgical magic in the right hands," she bragged.
Nonku listed the treatments she has done, and they include: "Facials (Dermafrac, microcurrent, chemical peels), Glow drips + supplements, Skincare (retinol + glutathione cream), Botox + lip enhancement, two filler sessions, PRP (multiple), Thread lifts (chin, cheeks, jawline) and Fat-dissolving injections."
She did, however, reveal that she had undergone surgery on other parts of her body, but her face remained untouched. She joined her friend Jojo Robinson and other celebs opting for body transformation surgeries.
"Honesty & transparency: I did have liposuction for my arms, back, tummy & thighs, but the face? 100% non-surgical glow! Invest in yourself. Be patient. Trust the process. The right hands will bring out the best in you."
The clinic, Klutch Plastic Surgery, thanked Nonku for choosing them and for being a wonderful client.
