A picture of The Mommy Club reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase’s former husband, Zola Ntshangase, with his daughter Coco and new wife Misokuhle sparked reactions after being reshared online.

Zola Ntshangase caught South Africans by surprise when he married his young girlfriend, Misokuhle, in June. Fans of The Mommy Club star comforted her on social media when she reportedly moved out of her matrimonial home after her husband took a second wife.

After controversial entertainment blogger Musa Khawula shared a video of Nozipho Ntshangase giving an update on her mommy makeover, a social media user reshared a screenshot of Coco Ntshangase’s Instagram story.

On Friday, 19 September 2025, the social media user @Mk1Nomakazi highlighted an interesting pattern they had allegedly noticed. In the caption, the social media user alleged that every time Nozipho Ntshangase posts about her mommy makeover progress, her stepdaughter Coco posts something as if to outshine or respond to her. The picture was captioned:

“Every time Noz posts her progress, these ones post as well 😂😂😂 Coco shame.”

The screenshot showed Zola Ntshangase with his new wife, Misokuhle, and his daughter, Coco. In the picture, Zola Ntsgangase was lovingly embracing his wife and, at some point, tenderly kissed her forehead.

Briefly News journalist Jessica Gcaba spoke with relationship expert and psychologist Paula Quinsee, who said it is important for blended families to develop a set of values within the family structure.

"It is essential to develop core values that everyone within the blended family structure can embrace," she said. On the subject of public scrutiny, Paula said it is advisable to choose what elements of their private lives are shared with the public to weed out nasty commentary from online trolls.

Coco speaks about her relationship with Nozipho Ntshangase

Meanwhile, Briefly News reported that Coco Ntshangase broke her silence on her strained relationship with Nozipho Ntshangase.

In a statement shared on her social media account, Zola Ntshangae's daughter, Coco, recently opened up about her father's new wife, Misokuhle, and her stepmother, Nozipho.

Coco shared why she attended her father's wedding and how she's been affected. South Africans took to social media to react to Coco's statement about her relationship with her stepmother.
