The trouble began when user @metrofive5 shared a post on X celebrating Mampofu's journey as a father, captioning a photo of the actor with his three daughters:

Rather than scroll past the wholesome moment, Nota Baloyi quote-tweeted the post with a stinging jab directed at the actor:

The remark did not land well.
