Continuing the conversation about Inimba, award-winning media personality Anele Mdoda recently shared her views about Sisa Hewana's character Hlathi on Mzansi Magic's popular telenovela.

Viewers of the isiXhosa TV show have been raving about the popular Mzansi Magic TV show since it premiered early this year.

Inimba recently topped social media trends when Lunathi Mampofu's character Zoleka filed for divorce.

The radio personality shared on her X account on Saturday, 16 August 2025, that she was once in contact with a character like Hlathi (played by Sisa Hewana) on Inimba.

Social media user @Takalani1237 posted: "I hope there aren’t men like this in real life. Hlathi finishes me."
Mdoda replied: "Heh, wena, I’ve told you guys I was told by a man to get the eff out of a house I was paying for. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Men like Hlathi exist and are leather boots in the ocean. Swimming in denims Sana lam," (my dear).

The guy started being abusive, took her car, and locked her out of the house. Fast forward, she climbed into the gate and smashed her car cos she was angry.
