A TikTok handle that shares videos of rented properties posted another and said that the apartment is less than R13 daily.
The TikTok clip showed that the building was a self-con with a room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Owner wants to rent out self-con for R12.50 daily
Some people, however, complained about the size. Many TikTokkers said the rent is not as cheap as the clip showed when calculated for a year.

The daily amount multiplied by 365 days puts the apartment's yearly rent at R4582,67. The video was shared by @abeokutapropertyhub.
