In the video, posted by @fisdbaba that has gone viral, the driver was seen shaving off his female customers' hair from the scalp. They allegedly failed to pay for their ride after they requested it. The driver was furious, and he did not hear their pleas.

He had scissors that he used to chop off their braids mercilessly. Some netizens noted that he should have cut off their braids rather than their hair. Others noted that it was a lesson learned for the ladies not to request a taxi without having money, as they should live within their means. The driver left a huge space of clean-shaven hair. Taxi drivers force woman to kiss Bolt driver

In a separate story, Briefly News reported that a student was forced to kiss a Bolt driver to prove he was her uncle.

The woman explained in a TikTok video how her ride was stopped by a group of taxi drivers who demanded to know if she was riding a bolt. She had to lie to avoid her trip getting cancelled by the driver and was forced to kiss the driver.
