A young woman’s trip to a Cape Town mall took an unexpected turn when she was approached by a modelling agency, leaving her blushing and in disbelief.

The young lady who can be seen in the mall walking in a video that she posted on her TikTok account under the handle @aviwe_qashindawo revealed that a representative from the agency stopped her.

According to @aviwe_qashindawo, one of them exclaimed:

“Girl, you are stunning. Can we take a picture?”

They then expressed interest in having her model for them. The encounter left her both excited and overwhelmed.

“I was shocked,” she admitted, struggling to believe what had just happened. “What is happening? Me? A model? Like what?” she added, laughing nervously as she shared the experience.

While taking to her TikTok caption, @aviwe_qashindawo expressed how she felt by saying:

"A whole director stopped me and said you are a stunning girl a whole model to me I can not believe it."

The video quickly gained traction online since it was published on 26 August 2025, with many South Africans cheering her on and encouraging her to pursue the opportunity. Some viewers commented that her natural beauty and humility made her a perfect fit for the industry, while others shared stories of how similar moments had changed lives overnight.

While the TikTok user @aviwe_qashindawo has not yet revealed whether she plans to sign with the agency, social media users have continued to shower her with support.
