How to do the Russian push-ups

  • Start in a high plank position, ensuring your shoulders are aligned directly over your wrists.
  • Lower your body into a standard push-up, pausing when your chest is just above the floor.
  • Shift your weight backwards into a forearm plank position.
  • Shift your weight forward again, returning to the low push-up position.
  • Push upwards to return to your initial high plank stance.
  • Continue this sequence without pausing between repetitions.
