The video of the robbery attempt received thousands of likes from viewers on TikTok. Many commented on the TikTok video of the failed heist.

In a TikTok post by @soshanguve_stance, a cash-in-transit vehicle when surrounded by police officers who were in a face-off against thieves trying to get to the cash. There were other motorists in the clip who watched the confrontation until shots rang out. Officers and bystanders scrambled to safety after hearing gunshots. Daily Sun reported that there were no injuries or fatalities, and the robber was a failure.

South Africa stunned by cash-in-transit heist attempt

People commented on the video, and some were concerned about the safety of the security guards. Online users noticed the Tazz driver, who was not in a hurry to get away from danger, as he patiently watched the crime scene unfold.
