The parliament celebration was shown in two separate videos. The first captured the President standing with the spotlight on him as a group of people sang the Happy Birthday song. "Cupcake's" surprise birthday celebration

In the second video, filmed shortly after, the President is seen entering a room filled with people and a table loaded with cake, fruits, and drinks. As the group sang the “How old are you?” part of the song, the President amusingly gestured the number 73 with his fingers. After the crowd sang to the country's Number One, he began a small speech, thanking them and mentioning that he wanted to finish swearing in a minister and deputy so he could leave.

He was then told he needed to sit and sign some documents. Little did he know that the “documents” were actually the birthday celebration arranged for him. As he blew out his candles, a woman in the background joked that they couldn’t fit 73 candles, sparking even more laughter in this joyous moment. TikTok user @athigeleba captured "Cupcake" bursting out in laughter when he was reminded of the one candle still lit and returned to put it off.
