A shopping trip at a SuperSpar in Otjiwarongo, Namibia, took a very unexpected turn after what started as a queue disagreement between two shoppers got completely out of hand. The Windhoek Observer page, @ObserverNamibia, shared video footage of the incident on 28 March 2026, along with eyewitness accounts of what led up to the confrontation.

According to those present, the dispute started inside the store when a woman allegedly pushed her trolley into a man while they were both queuing to pay. He questioned her about it, and she responded that she had been in front of him in the line. He told her calmly that pushing a trolley into someone was not acceptable, whatever the reason. The two went their separate ways after paying for their items, but the situation did not end there. The woman allegedly went to her car and then came back to confront the man again outside the store entrance.

The video circulating online shows the scene outside the store, with a large crowd of onlookers watching as security staff and bystanders tried to step in and separate the two. The man reportedly did not retaliate at any point during the confrontation. Eyewitnesses say he is a trained soldier and made a conscious decision to stay calm rather than respond.
