The return of Boykie to the Pretoria disciplinary camp stunned many, but his cute face and voice during the confrontation touched hearts on social media.

The video was shared on the Facebook account The Rising Stars Generation on 30 March 2026, attracting hundreds of comments from viewers who were moved by Boykie's innocence.

The clip starts as the camp official explains to Boykie that he is not allowed to have a cold drink while in the camp. The boy, however, stands his ground and explains why he is entitled to the drink. He starts by explaining that he has two and was keeping the second for his mom, shocking the man, who was still keen to know how he got one in the first place.

In the Facebook user The Rising Stars Generation's post, Boykie explains that he was given the cool drinks after he participated in the competition. Immediately, this rang a bell to the official who corrected him, explaining that it was vitadrinks and not cool drinks. The boy, who clearly loves his mother, was still adamant that he would not drink both and would share with her.

SA loves little Boykie

The clip gained traction with social media users flooding the comments section to express their fondness for the boy. Many viewers were shocked to see that he was back in the disciplinary camp again and jokingly asked the official to make him an ambassador. Others were moved by Boykie's love for his mother and noted that he probably missed her. One viewer thanked the disciplinary camp's founder for his amazing work and noted that he was building the nation.
