Kaizer Chiefs forward Khama Billiat is celebrating his 31st birthday today and the club took to social media to send him a heartwarming message. Kaizer Chiefs captioned their post:

Billiat joined Kaizer Chiefs in 2018 in a much talked-about transfer from Mamelodi Sundowns. The talisman was expected to make an immediate impact but has been affected by injuries throughout his time with the Soweto giants.
Nonetheless, fans are appreciative of Billiat's efforts for the club and are happy to see him celebrate another a trip around the sun. The forward also recently scored an impressive goal against Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend in the MTN8.

Itumeleng Khune hits back at trolls over backlash
In other soccer news, Briefly News reported that Itumeleng Khune, the goalkeeper for Kaizer Chiefs, has replied to criticism following the team's loss against Mamelodi Sundowns on Sunday, 15 August.
After a 2-2 stalemate in regulation time and extra time, Mamelodi Sundowns defeated Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 on penalties. Khune has subsequently been shamed on social media, with followers even inventing the #KhuneChallenge hashtag.
Khune responded to the backlash on Twitter, reminding followers that he is one of Mzansi's top goalkeepers. His photo was accompanied by a caption that read:
"Make fun of him, he’s one of the GREATEST to grace your screens."
