According to her Instagram, Connie is a manicurist and nail artist in Manchester. The two were first spotted together in Ibiza after Euro 2024, as captured by Mail Sport. She was then seen hugging Palmer at Stamford Bridge as the Chelsea star showcased his trophy to the fans.
Connie has visited exotic places like the Gili Trawangan island in Indonesia and Ibiza presumably for holiday.
