Orlando Pirates legend Edward Motale has shared his thoughts on reports claiming transfer speculations his affecting Relebohile Mofokeng's performance this season.

The South African international was named the best young player last season in the Premier Soccer League, but he is yet to replicate the same performance this season.

Motale comments on Mofokeng's form amid transfer distractions

Motale in a recent interview shared his thoughts on the performance of the youngster this season.

"No, he's not affected, Nkota came in while Mofokeng was already established in the senior team," Motale said during the interview.

"So nothing is gonna affect Mofokeng. Me, I don't entertain rumours."
