Career
Thuli Phongolo began her acting career in 2012, playing the role of Zama in the SABC 1 show "Tshisa." In 2013, she joined e.tv's "Craze-e" as a TV presenter. Her most prominent acting role came in 2014 when she was cast as Namhla Diale in "Generations: The Legacy," a role she reprised in 2025. She has also appeared in "The Republic" and "Makoti." In 2017, Phongolo ventured into a music career as an Amapiano disc jockey, gaining popularity under the name Thuli P. She has formed a DJ duo called "2Faced" which blends amapiano and gqom genres. She also launched a clothing line called "TULIP."
