The data showed that as of 7 March 2024, there are no billionaires in the world with a net worth reaching $200 billion.

French billionaire and chairman of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Bernard Arnault Arnault, has surpassed Jeff Bezos to become the world's wealthiest individual, raising a net worth of $197 billion. This development shoots Arnault to the top spot, overtaking Bezos.

Bezos surpassed Elon Musk in rankings for the first time since 2021, but his fortunes took a swift turn as his wealth plummeted by $755 million within 24 hours.
