Reality TV star Nonkanyiso "LaConco" Conco bid farewell to celebrity surgeon Dr Pert, who was buried over the weekend.

The businesswoman, who previously made headlines when she revealed she has a farm, opened up about her cosmetic surgery.

The former Real Housewives of Durban star had social media buzzing when she cleared the air about her relationship with former South African president Jacob Zuma.

Daily Sun shared a video on its TikTok account of Conco's speech at the funeral.

"Today I told myself that I'm going to wear a dress that shows what Dr Pert has done to me," said the former real housewife of Durban.

The businesswoman also addressed misconceptions about cosmetic surgeries and said she didn't go to Dr Pert to expose her body.

"I did it so that when I'm wearing a dress, it sits well," adds Conco.
