Ntando Duma recently went on podcasts and revealed more aspects of their relationship. This opened the door for public scrutiny, and it was not pretty.
Relationship therapist and educator Paula Quinsee shared with Briefly News why celebrity couples need to keep certain aspects of their lives private.
"Couples can control the narrative by sharing only what they want known, and make use of their personal platforms to provide context," she said.
Quinsee added that letting a certain narrative go on for a long period can have negative effects on a relationship.

Ntando Duma drags single fathers
In a previous report from Briefly News, the Shaka iLembe actress shot up the trends list after her interview on The L-Tido Podcast on 20 August 2025. While there, the actress said she wouldn't give a single dad the time of day, that time she has a child.
"I've never dated a man with a child, and I had a child. It's a preference thing, it's not about being selfish. I don't prefer it, and that's that, so I won't go for those people. There are too many people in the world, so I didn't want someone with a child, not because I hated their children or wouldn't know what to do with them."

The same way women say they want a man with a car, same for me; I would have never dated a man with a child, for my own reasons."
