Former Gagasi FM radio personality received criticism on social media this week when she posted a video of herself twerking on the highway.
Ntuli, who previously topped social media trends when she was stuck on the N3, was spotted dancing with her friend in the viral video this week.
The Jozi FM broadcaster also made headlines in September 2024, when she revealed that she declined a job offer that paid well.
Ntuli surprised her fans this week when she posted a video of herself and her friend twerking on the road on her Facebook account on Monday, 8 September 2025.

She captioned the video: "In whatever happens empilweni,(life) please remember you’re still young, stop worrying about everything."
Entertainment channel MDN News revealed on its X account on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, that the Road Traffic Management Corporation has condemned Ntuli's video.
The organisation shared with TimesLIVE: "The RTMC is astonished by this behaviour on our national roads. Pedestrians under the NRTA are prohibited on the freeways, and it's illegal."
The RTMC also urged content creators not to risk their lives for "likes".

Penny Ntuli rushed to the hospital
In more entertainment news, Briefly News previously reported that Penny Ntuli was rushed to the hospitalised after being stuck in the N3 due to heavy snowfall.
The radio personality was one of many South Africans who were stuck on the road for two days and was suspected of contracting hypothermia.
Mzansi sent prayers and well-wishes to Penny as she reportedly fights for her life following the harrowing incident.
