Nadia Nakai may have officially joined the BBL gang after dropping the news on her reality show, Beyond Bragga.

The Zimbabwean-South African rapper's show has entered a new season, and apparently, so has she, after revealing in a snippet on 11 September 2025 that she made a conscious decision to go under the knife.

Breaking the news to her aunt, Bragga spoke about her experience post-surgery, which she kept secret from her family:

Wandi Ndlovu decides to go back to school and complete her Matric, SA reacts: "You've got this girl"

"The nurse brought me back and stayed with me for four days to make sure I'm fine, even feeding me."

When the episode was filmed, Nadia mentioned that she had just started moving around, though she was still swollen.

The 35-year-old rapper explained that she kept the surgery a secret to avoid worrying her loved ones, considering it a self-absorbed decision.

"I'm not trying to stress my family out over trivial things. I'd rather talk to them about going to the hospital for a serious thing."

The former Young, Famous and African star went on to mention the kind of procedure she wouldn't inform her family about, which is a BBL, saying it wasn't something of concern.

Her mention of 'getting her butt done' could either be a straightforward revelation of the procedure she underwent or an attempt to mislead curious fans to boost ratings for the episode. Seeing as though she gestured to her arm as the source of the swelling.
