On Sunday, 14 September 2025, the popular twins who have been questioned about their weight loss on social media recently threw shade at the American star 50 Cent following his weight loss.

Major League Djz reposted a video of the star skipping rope on their X (formerly Twitter) page and wrote:

"I’m guessing … Ozempic is that you?"
