Popular South African influencer and reality TV star Inno Morolong is back like she never left. The 33-year-old baddie recently revealed that she had two more surgeries done.

According to Sunday World, Morolong, who was honoured with an award as a GBV survivor, made her first public appearance at the Heineken Polo that took place on Sunday, 14 September 2025, at the Inanda Polo Club in Sandton.

The influencer shared that the reason behind her disappearance was that she had to recover as she had a breast reduction and tummy liposuction done recently at the Life Fourways Hospital in Johannesburg.

"I've had surgery twice so far. The first time was a few years back, and it was pretty intense. I had a tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, and body sculpting. More recently, I had a breast reduction and more liposuction on my stomach, she said.

Why Inno Morolong decided to go under the knife?

The club hostess further spoke about why she had gone under the knife so many times in her life, and her body has transformed over the years.

She said:

"My body has changed so much. I used to weigh 83kg before my first surgery, and I was an overweight girl who got bullied because of my size. Whenever we disagreed, people would use my weight against me, which really bothered me, and I had to make a change. Now I weigh 70kg, I feel great, I go to the gym regularly, and I eat healthily."

Morolong also shared with Briefly News journalist Mbali Tebele how much she had spent on her recent surgeries and some of the most challenging things she went through during her recovery process.

"I paid R150 000 or just a bit more than that if I remember right, including aftercare. It was worth the money and definitely worth all the pain during recovery. The hardest part is that you have to get ready in your mind and with your money.
"You have to know that you can’t work for a while because you need to really focus on getting better. If you smoke or drink, you have to stop completely a month before surgery and after for health reasons and to avoid problems. Another hard part is that you can’t do things for yourself; you have to get people to help take care of you," she mentioned.
