However, for now, they are sticking to the subtle yet telling hint of the birth of her third baby, with many speculating that it is a baby girl.

A viral photo posted by Rihanna's fanpage on Instagram on Sunday, 21 September 2025, has sparked a global frenzy. In the picture, the We Found Love hitmaker with her pink nail polish held on a tiny hand, which was lying on top of a pink blanket. This further heightened rumours that she has welcomed her third baby and that it is a girl.

This would not be the first time that the singer gave such a hint. When she was pregnant with her second baby, she was spotted by the paparazzi shopping in the girls' aisle.

The Fenty Beauty mogul welcomed two children with her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky; namely RZA Athelston Mayers, in 2022, and their second baby, Riot Rose Mayers, who they welcomed in 2023. He recently celebrated his second birthday.

Rihanna announced her third pregnancy at the Met Gala 2025 red carpet. During a Smurf event, an excited Rocky gave a hint that they are expecting a girl. When asked by the media about the gender, he pointed at a Smurffette doll and was quoted as saying, "It is, man. It is." He further added, "Right here, you know what I'm saying? Right here."
