Nadia Nakai has shared the inspiration behind her new song Really featuring Nasty C. The new single is scheduled for release on Friday, 21 November 2025.
Nadia Nakai, who previously faced criticism for her skimpy dressing, revealed that her new song is a response to her critics. In a promo video shared on her official Instagram account on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, ahead of the release of her new song, Nadia revealed that the track would not just be another club or party anthem.

In the video, Nadia Nakai shared the inspiration and meaning behind the song. She said she hears all the gossip and negative things people say about her, but she is unbothered.
“You know, people be talking sh**, everybody be talking some sh** and you hear that sh**. Everybody comes in and says, ‘Yo, did he hear what they just said about you?’ And I'm just like, really?” Nadia Nakai said.
In the video, Nadia Nakai also previews her verse. In the verse, Nadia Nakai gives a nod to Nasty C by mentioning one of his popular releases from 2025. In her verse, she addresses her critic, in this case a woman, and reveals why she is better than her and why her man is obsessed with her. The verse is a mix of English and vernac.
