The constant surveillance is likely to be blamed for the star's decision to keep her current relationship under wraps. Well, that was until a photo of her hugging a certain Springboks player after a game in France circulated online, further fuelling their romance.

Years after her divorce, Bona reported about rumours that Sarah had a fling with Duduzile Zuma’s ex-husband, multi-millionaire Lonwabo Sambudla. They were allegedly spotted together on several occasions, like a local high-profile wedding and another one in Paris.
Lastly, Sarah was linked to Black Coffee after both stars posted photos from the same location, Miami. Although the star previously denied this, fans just kept on digging.

Sarah Langa shares dating advice
In a viral YouTube video, Langa had urged divorced women to follow her tips when re-entering the dating scene.
“First thing is don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Date someone that you wouldn't normally have dated. Definitely someone from a different background, whether it's a cultural background, because sometimes I feel like we think we're in love, but we actually are comfortable because it's familiar and it feels safe,” Langa advised..
Langa expressed the importance of having self-worth and taking time to learn and study oneself before looking at the dating pool again.
“And second, actually, maybe I'm going to swap it around. I think the first is to have a level of self-awareness. Spend time doing some introspection so that you know what you are coming with in a relationship. Like I always see dating as going to have dinner at your favourite restaurant, if you love Italian food, go to an Italian restaurant, but you need to know what food you like to know you're going to the right restaurant,” Sarah Langa explained.
