In the message, Rural Zulu Girl did not hold back.

"She called me isalukazi esinemilenze emibi, and I guess it was okay. It's okay when your fave body shames me," she wrote. She then doubled down with a warning: "All I'm saying is, do not throw stones if you live in a glass house."
