The popular South African YouTuber and content creator took to X on Thursday, 13 August 2026, to publicly challenge a social media user pretending to be Dominic Zaca after they made unverified claims linking the sale of Lasizwe's Bryanston townhouse to a legal dispute with his siblings.

The listing of the property, priced at R3.8 million, had been shared by MDNNews on X. It was under that post that the netizen replied with the allegation. They claimed the home originally belonged to Lasizwe's late father and that the content creator's siblings had reportedly taken him to court after he allegedly sought to be the sole beneficiary of the estate. The netizen wrote that Lasizwe's father "had 12 kids and they all want a piece of their Dad's deceased estate," adding that "Lasizwe thought he's special kanti that's not how the real world works."

Lasizwe responds to claims why he's selling mansion

Rather than let the post slide, Lasizwe responded with a measured but pointed reply that stopped Dominic in his tracks. He acknowledged that he usually lets such commentary go, but drew the line at his late father and siblings being dragged into the narrative.

"Dominic, what I find fascinating about you is the confidence with which you continuously speak about my life while knowing so little about what actually happens in it," he wrote. "You take fragments of information, fill in the blanks yourself, and then present your assumptions as facts."

Lasizwe then issued a direct challenge, asking Dominic to produce a case number, court name, and relevant dates to substantiate the court claims.

"Since you're so certain that my siblings took me to court over this house, please educate all of us. Give us the case number, the court, the dates. Anything. You've clearly done the research, sweetheart. Don't stop now. I'll wait," he said.

The house sale had already attracted attention given reports that Lasizwe restructured his production company and let go of some staff around the same period. He responded to broader questions about those changes with only a brief, cryptic message.
