Dineo Ranaka is not backing down. The media personality dropped a new video on 23 September 2026, seemingly addressing critics who came for her after she publicly took on the Podcast and Chill crew.
Standing outside what appears to be a modern home with glass sliding doors, a brick facade, and lush greenery framing the scene, Ranaka sang directly to the camera with calm defiance. "I'll take a hit anytime. I get dissed, I don't mind. But the truth I will find," she said.
What started the drama
The clip follows a storm Ranaka walked into on Friday, 18 September 2026, when she posted a passionate video calling out Sol Phenduka, MacG and the rest of the Podcast and Chill team. Her grievance centred on a joke the crew allegedly made about Elizabeth Moselakgomo, known as Tsontso, a mother who went missing during a morning run in early September 2026 and never came home.

Ranaka's intervention did not land the way she intended. A significant portion of Mzansi felt her anger was aimed at the wrong people, arguing that the actual perpetrators behind Tsontso's disappearance deserved far more outrage than two podcasters. Her remark that Sol's apology "would not bring back Tsontso" struck a particularly raw nerve and intensified the backlash against her.
