Skeem Saam fans fear actor Masilo Magoro, who plays the role of Rachel Kunutu's uncle on the show, is leaving the educational soapie.

Fans of the show took to social media this week to bid farewell to the soapie's character, Charles Kunutu, after doctors revealed that he remains unconscious in the hospital.

The SABC soapie hinted on their X account that the fan-favourite character might die.

"So, they're letting my uncle die?" says Rachel on the show.
