A Cape Town woman hoping to win R8 000 by answering a few general knowledge questions failed to answer correctly, leaving the interviewers and the online community in stitches. Although she got some answers wrong, one cannot overlook how confidently she answered some of the questions.
Dream Boys, local content creators who often hand out prizes to eager participants, shared the hilarious video of their interaction on their TikTok account on 21 August, 2025. They noted that the first question was R1 000 and would double thereafter.
The woman started off on a rough note. When asked what the capital of England was, she said Los Angeles. Dream Boys, who held the interview at Canal Walk, moved on to a new question, asking what the largest ocean in the world was.

For R2 000, she quickly and correctly answered who the singer of Water was (Tyla). Things got a bit rough when it came to the R4 000 question:
"Which continent is experiencing the fastest growth in Crypto?"
The woman said to the content creators:
"I would say it's definitely South Africa."
"Try a continent, that's a country," said one of the guys.
Even with assistance, the woman incorrectly said the Western Cape before answering Africa.
After winning R4 000, the woman received her final question: What is the opposite of a bull market?
She said to the two men:
"You must think of something slow. The sloth market?"
While her answer humoured the Dream Boys, she didn't get the desired R8 000.
