A video showed a man in the wilderness chasing lions with nothing but a whip. The nail-biting situation the man found himself in had many social media users joking. They wondered why the lions did not charge at the man to get a bite to eat.
On 31 July, 2025, local entertainers SK Brothers uploaded the clip of the man, who had his back facing the camera, to their shared Facebook account. In the post, the man, with his whip in hand, is a few metres behind the wild cats. After picking up his pace, he cracked his lengthy whip, causing the roaring lions to continue running away.

Hundreds of members of the online community were amazed to see how the man took control of the situation and cracked jokes as he cracked his whip. Other people feared for the man's life, knowing that one wrong move could be fatal.
